   Blue coast, aka morepan group is known for its organized fraud schemes since more than a decade. They have hired professionals to achieve their dreams who have no respect for other’s money. ATUL MEHAN, HARMAN KALRA, VARUN AGARWAL, SUKHWANT SINGH WALIA, KOHLI, SUSHIL SURI etc are master minds behind this fraud called MGM Grand at Aerocity. They all have duped investors by more than 500 crores already and still selling schemes at 12 – 13 percent assured return.

   It is greatest investment opportunity not for the investors but only for blue coast, silver resorts, their directors, management and their employees. They are collecting crores since last 3-4 years by giving false promises to investors and brokers. There is no sign of construction at site. Their Goa hotel is mortgaged with IFCI and up for public auction soon. Their marketing staff, Sushil Suri, Tarun, Varun Aggarwal (Delhi), Harman Singh, Atul Mehan (Chandigarh) etc. all are part of this fraud scheme. Beware with this scheme and don’t get trapped in their sweet talks.

   Mr gupta, these guys are complete fraud. I also purchased retail shop through these guys varun aggarwal and harman kalra acting as independent brokers. Later I realized that MGM people paid him over 20 lacs as commission against my investment of 2 crores. Till date I havent receiced my ownership papers despite of several calls and visits at their office. I am planning to take up matter legally as well as personally by meeting their families to let them know what their children are into. I think no parent would have given such values to their children.

   Hi everyone, I met harman singh kalra recently in amritsar. They sold me 2 shops in Sheraton Hotel in chandigarh & collected INR. 2,10,02,350 from me. I finally got my papers after waiting for 3 months, and till date I have not received even a single cheque of my guaranteed monthly return. Surprisingly their attitude has completely changed and now nobody is taking my calls. I am planning to take it up through Indian Embassy that NRIs are being cheated like this. We all should form an association against these people and send them behind bars for fraud.

   Ms. nancy sharma, even i agree to your point. i purchased a unit and was issued PDCs also but the same group in delhi’s mgm grand project. all the cheques got dishonored then got to know that it is a group of frauds cheating innocent investors by using big names like mgm grand, sheraton hotel and showing colorful brochures to lure us to take away our hard earned money. let us plan to collect details of all the investors to sue blue coast and its partners.

   I can not explain my condition. These people have ruined the life of a widow lady by duping her life savings. These people have no fear of God even. I sold my only property in delhi to get some monthly income and today I am vertually on roads. Their souls are dead. What kind of upbringing was given by their parents, what kind of families they all belong to. Sunita suri who claims to be one of the biggest followers of Art of Living has no shame and fear. Harman singh, a so called sikh has no respect for elders and ready to do anything for money, what kind of Sikh is he. Shameless people, they will go to hell.

   Hope you all would have read news in today’s (May 22, 2014) Times of India. It is on the front page and continued on the 5th page of the news paper. Vigneshwara Developer has done similar fraud with the investors. They assured 12% return to the investors and now their cheques have bounced. Police has registered the complaint against the promoter Dhaiya and his family members. Why don’t we all also take action against Suri and his family members. Police and Courts are very vigilant and active against such criminals. Suri is a complete fraud and he has no intention of paying us the committed returns. We must take him legal now.

   Many investors who went through real estate brokers Realistic Realtors, Gurgaon, and invested in the MGM Grand project of Blue Coast in Aerocity, Delhi, have met and formed a group. I am part of it. Same story in every case, bounced cheques, endless promises, no action on the ground. I would request all similarly suffering investors, in any of the projects of Blue Coast / Morepen Group to join this group. The more of us together the better chance we have of recovering at least part of our investment.

    I have been cheated by this bluecoast-joyhotel group. I purchased a unit in Shereton Chandigarh hotel. Now this peoperty is mortgaged by Puinjab National Bank and bank is auctioning this property on 10th september 2014.

    Is anything happening to send suri and his employees behind the bars. These frauds are still giving excuses. Their manager harman singh said to me that work has started at site but upon personal visit I just found ten labourers passing time at site. So another fake story.
    Harman and Suri’s family are diverting our money into a playschool project, it was told to me somebody working in the company. They have no interest to start aerocity project.
    I think it’s high time to smash these guys.

    I’m also a victim of the Blue Coast fraud with the same story. On my personal visit to their office at CP in November their Mr. Manoj Sharma had assured me that the pending assured return payments will start coming from December 2014 but nothing happened.

    I have heard lot of things about these people, they are completely fraud, their Goa hotel park hyatt mortgage by IFCI BANK and they have put this property on sale , Sheraton chandigarh also on sale by PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK to recover the loan amount . MGM aerocity project in which company make fool to lot of investor and still making fool by making false promise .they have not even paid aroud 40 crore to DIAL for land of MGM. now you can imagine that how difficult to get hard earned money from these people . MGM GRAND ALSO DECIDED TO WITHDRAW THEIR BRAND WITH THESE PEOPLE. I HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY BACK WITH THESE PEOPLE BY USING SOME POLITICAL PRESSURE . I think that is high time to smash these people and GOVT should take strong action against these cheater. Don’t listen to these people and try to withdraw your money ASAP to avoid further cheating by these people.

    DEAR ALL, I have heard lot of things about these people , they are biggest fraud company and everybody knows about him in Chandigarh and baddi area and always come with different name morepan, bluecoast, silver hotel etc to cheat people . Their park hyatt goa property is on sale because of non payment of loan amount by ifci delhi head office and same with chandigarh Sheraton by Punjab national bank Mohali . One OF SENIOR OLD PROJECT PERSON on MGM site told that the company still has not paid 40 crore to Dial AND COMPANY diverted the investor money somewhere else. HE also told without telling his name that this project will not complete before 2020 even the fund is arranged .MGM MANGEMENT ALSO DECIDED TO WITHDRWAL FROM THE MANAGEMENT CONTRACT. MY RELATIVE WHO IS BIG BUSINESSMAN OF SOUTH WITHDRAWL THE MONEY BY POLTICAL PRESSURE FROM THESE CHEATER. This is high time to raise their voice against these fraud and Govt should take against these buggers I will suggest to my fellow to withdraw money from these fraud project ASAP to avoid further cheating by these people

    My friend uncle gone through tough time after investing with these people ,They are fraud and continuously making false promise. There Goa property on sale by IFCI DELHI, CHANDIGARH Sheraton also put for sale by Punjab national bank . At the time of our site visit one senior old person from blue coast Project team told secretly that these people still not paid 40 crore to dial people and they can stop the work on site any time. he also disclosed that the fund is diverted in some school project etc After discussion with their project team it seems the project will not complete in next four and five year and site work merely eye wash by putting some worker on site to make fool to all investor
