I transferred an amount of Rs. 825/- through NEFT on 30 April 2013, to the account of Sri Anupam Gayen to his account no. 180810100003846 at Andhra Bank, Behala Branch, Kolkata, as directed by their website as mentioned above.
Initially when contacted, seller informed that material has been dispatched thro’ courier but in spite of my repeated calls, consignment no. was never furnished to me. Suddenly one day the seller (Sri Anupam Gayen) informed that it is difficult to send electronic product out of Kolkata by courier and same will now be sent through speed post. Seller again informed when contacted that material has been dispatched thro’ speed post, but this time also, no consignment or reference no. was furnished. Most of my calls were not attended by Sri Anupam Gayen till I started calling him late night.
Seller, again one day suddenly informed when contacted that it has become difficult to send electronic product out of Kolkata by speed post also and promised to refund the amount. One sms received from him requesting me send my correct address as money order sent by him has been returned by post office for wrong address. An sms was sent to him giving my address which was no different from the address given at the time of registration. Seller was again asked to give details of money order. After a few days, sms received from him giving details of money order was found to be false as same could not be tracked. I’m trying to contact Anupam Gayen for last fifteen days, but it seems my phone no. has been kept in reject list by him. A no. of e-mails were also sent, but there is no reply.
The seller has so far not dispatched the material nor made any refund. The complete details of the seller are as under: –
