We are a registered Seller in Amazon.in. We had to send Parcels all over India Via Courier Services. On 29 Sept we had book a parcel from Shree Anjani Couriers Services (P) Ltd. to below address.

The Docket No(CN No. 1700 319488) Which shows invalid on the Courier Company’s Tracking Web Page.
But till today that Parcel has not deliver yet. The Courier service Says we rejected and return the Parcel to the frencicy boy Named “Mr. Gupta” (from a local are called Gopal Nagar here ) as there is no service in that area. But That person did not even co-ordinate for the same.
If there was no service then, they had to return that parcel to us, but till date no return has been done. The courier service and their frenchisy both are neglecting this issue.
The party may reject the order as its too late for deliver. This might lead us to a big loss. Please help us for the same.
