Not providing hotel booking

Hi,

I purchased a package from this company “Yatri4Travels” on 19th Jun, 2014 which includes 4N/5D stay in their resort list. After continuos trying they are not providing me my hotel bookings. I tried to call them and also mailed them so many times but they are not responding.

One person picked up my call once and then after it was never attended by anyone.

Please help me as it seems my hard earned money is being wasted.

    i dont understand why the thieves are not being caught till date.
    i have also suffered by booking 2 packages.
    they will insist you to pay immediately through online. continous followup by offering all services for the packages.
    the moment you transfered the amount, his drama starts and you will realize the heat
