My mobile no. is 7879999567. The company is deducting Rs.5, Re.1 on the name of VAS service named IndiatimesVPak. When I call the customer care they refund me every time. When I asked them why they do this every time when the have to refund, they said you might have applied for the service. I said I am not mad that I will apply for this service and ask for refund.
Company is saying its my fault and I know its all company strategy of earning. Please help me out of this.
my last amount deducted on 20-10-14 Rs. 5, before it on 10-10-14 Rs.5.
