Non Pickup of the passanger

I Radha R, here with furnish the information of the Bus ticket booked in online mode, where in i have furnished both my email id and phone nos

as per the ticket i received online the departure schedule was at 9.40PM
but on the journey day when i got to bus stand, bus has already left the bus stand and the crew did not call before leaving the place.

i had requested for the refund of the amount but KSRTC has denied saying bus was scheduled in time.

Please resolve the problem
