undelivered my later

I am Kamal kishore from Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya Shantikunj Haridwar 249411 (Ph.d. Scholar In Yogic Science). Sir i send my later from india post on 9-01-2015 to this address (Mr. Rishi Namdev, Department of Yogic Science, Barkatullha University Bhopal 462026 M.P.) in this later i have send my M.Phil Degree For some Correction to related University. but now till date form post office no any satisfactory response. and am two times reminding to post office and chief post office dehradun but no any response. my later (Original Degree) is so important for me to Reached to concern University but at present condition i am very upset and tensed about it. because my father is a former and my economic condition is not good and i have Expenses on my M.Phil Degree Rs. Eighty Thousands to One Laks. it is very needful this degree to my Carrier. so please help us.
