tv set top box is not working

Hello sir i have complained about my reliance big tv set top box. Smart card no. 200908607085. From 8days our set top box is not working properly. Four times we complained to costomer care. They replied our technision will come within 48hours. After 8 days no technition come. 4 to5times we called not any technition or responce came. Pleas get attantion of our complaiend
