Transfer the connection

Location/place: sonarpur,kol-150

Name of company/service: sonarpur gas service,indane

I already change the residential place from naihati to sonarpur but sonarpur gas service did not take my application of transfer the connection. They only took the transfer voucher and told me to contact after 7 days. My previous consumer no is 635899. I asked them which documents require for this but they did not repply.
