Service error

Name of company/service: Reliance

I have bought a sim with free internet pack for 6 months on 6th august 2012.
Every month I used to receive a message regarding renew your net pack.But on the end of 6th month i received no such information message, even i checked, my pack was continued for 7 months without any information and price deduction. But at the end of 7th month they ended the net pack without any information, i continued using the service without knowing that the charge has been deduced from my main balance. and finally when all my balance was used up, i received a message that you have no balance.
They should have informed me earlier…..
Even the customer care call number never gets connected, always the network shows busy and asks to connect later.
How shall i complain them and ask them for this.
