Improper Response

Location/place: New Delhi

Name of company/service: DishTV

A number of emails (36 emails in one conversation) have been written to DishTV. Their officers keep on stressing for telephonic resolution of the problem. We had been requesting for email communication only. DishTV staff mis-interpretes telephonic discussion to their advantage without caring to resolve the problem. We do not trust them. I am following the case of Aunti. She is 72 years. PLease suggest I do not understand how you will communicate with me. I have kept print screens with me.
