Took Money but did not deliver Product

Hello, please help me. my name is Arish Shaikh, Mo no 7507878633, I had purchased 5 products from Paytm, ORDER NO. 1000726578. they sent me 3 products from that orders but did not sent me 2 products. Paytm says that they have sent the product and its been delivered. but thats not true. it shows on bluedart website that product deivered as well. AWB #:69254013463. i also contacted bluedart but they are not helping and saying that we delivered the product and dont know what was inside the shipment. that means the seller has not sent me the product.

Paytm is cheating customers. They don’t deliver products still i got email as product delivered. What is wrong with paytm.
I paid Rs 2998 for the 2 remote controlled cars which were not delivered out of which paytm gave me Rs 2099 as promo cashback. so that means Paytm did not return my Rs 899. I will be happy if paytm returns my Rs 899 even in the form of wallet credit.

i called paytm to report a complaint on Jun 6, 22:16: this is the ticket number 108801665. I had called on Saturday but their customer service replies by sending me the same reply as :
