This is a online recharge service provider(WWW.mobikwik.com) i registered a complaint for DTH recharge failure on may 30th May 2015(complaint no:2730826) ,reply from the company was on June 4th 2015 which was improper and not resolved as per my complaint.
I want my money to be refunded back to my transaction account. And i request Govt to regularize the customer care number to be mandatory for such companies
