Aquaguard’s Worst service in Mumbai

On January 2015 Aquaguard person installed one stand for my Aquaguard (RO-Enhance). Gradually the stand slightly tilts towards left & finally fell down from stand on 18th may & upper plate of the aqua guard was broken. This is due to sub standard material or fault in installation. On 19th may I called customer care & 20th one technician visited my place & said upper plate will replaced free of cost as it is in two years AMC but stand cost you have to pay which I disagreed as it was not our fault. Then he said within two days it will be install, but to my surprise no one came to my place after several complaints (27, 28th may, 2 & 3rd June through customer care & 30th may online). If this is the case of two years AMC customer, then what about others. I took the AMC on 22.09.2014, every six months technician should visit for service, but till today no one visited to my place for servicing. I am the customer of Aquaguard for last 11 years & stays different parts of India & I liked the service everywhere, but last 5 years I am staying in Kandivali area of Mumbai, here service is worst. I also had similar complain regarding service against Aquaguard one year back.
