Hello Sir,
I am lodging a Complaint against a Timtara online shopping site. I have ordered one SAMSUNG Microwave on 06th March, 2012. And even after a month they did not shipped it. I have tried approximately 500 times to talk to their Customer service which was in Kolkata. After so many tries they cancelled my order on 27th of April, 2012.
From that date the Status is showing as Payment Refund Pending. Now its about 2 and half months over. But still they are not giving my money back to me.
My Order number is 10208988.
I am trying their customer service number(0135-3051500) every week. But each time they are giving one week time.
I have sent them many mails as well. and on the Online portal of Timtara i have raised many Complaints as well on the Complaint ID#15400.
Sir, could you please take this as high priority and try to solve my problem
