Order not delivered even after placing the order 1.5 months back

Hi,

I had ordered a kurta on www.fashionandyou.com. My friend had placed the order for me. She received an intimation from FNY saying that the order has been dispatched. The order no. is 1925880. This was dispacthed on 30th of May.

I had given my official address as the shipping address. But I am Out of office from the 7th of June. From 30th May till 6th of June, i never got the courier.

On 8th June, I received a call from the courier asking if the apparel was delivered. I said no and asked them to hold the delivery. I wanted to change the shipping address.

The lady said that I have to contact FNY for the change in shipping address. I did the needful. The interaction number for this conversation is – 1812845. Here i gave them the new shipping address which is my residential address.

The next day, I received a call saying that the courier is sent to my official address. I asked them to take it back since I am not available in office.

Due to health issues, I had to stop working suddenly.

After this, I have conatcted FNY nearly 3-4 times. Everytome they take the interaction number and Order number and say that it will be traced or delivered within 72 hrs. But until now, I havent received my order.

The amount is fully paid. Please do the needful
