Connection sold in wrong plan

Name of company/service: Tata DOCOMO

I am writing this mail, because TATA DOCOMO is playing very irresposible role towards there customers.
I switched my network provider from airtel to docomo last month. On 29th May. I purchase docomo post paid connection for Rs. 899.
My connection was started with docomo by 5th June, on 10th I received welcome call from docomo. then i came to know that docomo activated my connection with Rs 199 plan.
during the same call I register a complain for the same. executive informed me it will take two days to update system & resolve it out. on 12th I called customer care to know the status, but i was informed that it will take 24 hrs more for that. I asked executive that should I stop calling or just keep continue calling? executive told me that i can keep calling as my applied plan was for unlimited calling(Rs 899 monthly rental) and by mistake it was updated in other plan, and within 24 hrs problem will be resolve.
on 15th I received sms to make payment immidiately otherwise service will disconnect. then I called again to customer care, I was informed that till 19th june my issue will resolve. but no solution after giving date. (from 16th june to 1st julymy connection was temporarily disconnected). on 1st july i spoken to customer care executive he said by 24hrs system will be update. on 2nd july i spoken to customer care & was suggested to send customer copy to [email protected] on 03.07.2012, to [email protected] & [email protected] on 06.07.2012.
with auto generated mail i received lastest complain no. is 540499
but till date there is no reponse from any of customer care/ emails.
Please help me to resolve this issue by taking initiatives from your end. if you required I can also provide receipt copy of connection purchase.
