they charged unnecessery

I have post paid connection of vodafone last month they charged rs. 100 but bill was not sent to me but I made payment and made a request in customer care to waived off but when I received the bill and I was shoked they were charging rs 99 per month for vodafone live services when I called cus care exc. He told me you just made the payment of 500 and these amount would be waived off and I made the payment but they are not responding even they put my no on call barred I have sufferd a lot even I marked so many mails but still out going calls are barred .
