Product till not recd

Dear concern,

I had buy one footwear product on 14th of July & as per company commitment I will recd my product within 5 working days from date of purchase. But till date I have not recd my product. It’s almost 16 daysare over. Whenever I called on company’s toll free no I recd one commitment consistantly that air you will receiv your product within 2 working days , 3 working days, but I have not received my product till date.

Please take care my complaint on priority.
