dear sir i had purchased tikona notwork for internet in 07/03/2012 for 6 months it worked very good for the first 2 months then i srarted to get problems despite making complaint to there toll free no and many visit by the techician the problem is not solved by now i request you to please help me getting refund i had also applied for disconnection by no feed back from the company
