Name of company/service: Bagittoday
I am a customer of Bagittoday and used to shop frequently. But oneday i found Rs.5998/- deducted from my account and later on i came to know that a holiday package has been booked in my name and somedays later i got that product. I have returned it to them , but its been more than 2 months and they are saying we are processing your request and please wait some more days. Please suggest what to do next????
