My sukam battery was under warranty and was not working properly the complaint with Sukam Customer Care Centre on 18.03.2011. Against complaint no. 1103511438 after my so many calls a person from Sukam came and found the battery defected & promised me that battery will be replaced with in three days. I have contacted so many persons of Sukam everyone gave only assurance to replace battery with in two or three days but nobody takes care of my problem. I have complaint but nobody bother of Sukam Reputation & customer problem. As per rule the Battery has to be replaced within 3 days. In this kind of service the company should get back the inverter and battery and refund my money. Is this kind of service Sukam is giving to its customers?
