IRRESPONSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

This is a complain regarding the customer care .On 19th of march i have registered a complain regarding my washing machine which was not working properly . I called about more than 6 times and no technician has come to my home ,finally today i called again that is 31st of march and the customer care rep (Sanjay) told me that the complain had been registered for Refrigerator and the compressor will be replaced by tomorrow .This is really frustrating after waiting for about 10 days they say that the complain is for refrigerator and not for the washing machine but i had registered the complain for the washing machine .the first thing is i have never expected this kind of customer service from such a big brand “Whirlpool” and i have spent about 10 days to get my washing machine fix and i have got no technician visited my place even though i have registered the complain .something should be done to improve the customer service from such a big brand like Whirlpool if i would have know that i will get this kind of customer service in need i would have purchased any other brand.

    I saw Naaptol Advertisement of a Car stereo in Newspaper. The add looked attractive, but I was worried to purchase it online, then too I took a risk as this product looked very useful and
    ordered one Car stereo, I was told that the product will be delivered within 7-10 working days and it was indeed delivered to me by Aramex courier in 10 days. Till today there is no defect in the Product…..
    I would suggest my friends to Purchase this product from Naaptol as the price is very cheap and the quality is very good…
