i have been really frustrated with way Tata Docomo representative have been taking up my issue.
I have docomo post paid mobile connection with no. 9038217755. They have closed my outgoing on 21st Jan 2013 stating that they are unable to find me on my address.
i told them about my office timings and told them to come after 7pm on any day.They said they will visit me before 24th Jan between 7.30PM – 10 PM.If they are not able to visit, we will open your number.
I left my office daily early inorder to get my verification done.Not on a single day any one came nor did any one called for the same.
I repeatedly called in between. Instead on 24th they closed my outgoing too.I called Customer care again and they told they have raised the request 3458275 and your no will be working as soon as possible with complaint end date of 28th.
Today its 27th and no one has came to verify address or even call back for any update on my issue.
I am new to this city and it has been around 7days now that i am without mobile contact with any one at home and friends.
It has been highly frustrating experience with docomo so far. t will be great if any one can look into this issue rather than taking it as a piece of waste.
