Sudden Increase in Toll Fee

Hello Sir, Most of the people residing in South Chennai (Porur, Valasarwalkam, Iyyapanthangal, Maduravoyol,) using the Inner Ring road to reach their office in GST road and OMR roads. The usual monthly pass was Rs.215 till last month for crossing 18KM from Porur toll free. Now the same has increased to 853 (400%) from 215.This will not be bared by middle class people and not tolerable amount. Also the road maintenance were very poor. Lot of dicks and bumps throughout the road. This should be revoked as Toll free road and should go with no fee.
