DISATISFACTION OF SERVICE

Name of company/service: TATA DOCOMO

Dear sir,

i m using tata docomo service from last 3 months.

whenevere we are calling to customer care always getting wrong information.

without any intimation they are disconnecting the line.

if we have limit of 2000 and bill is 500 then also they are disconnecting the line.

i m always complaining from last 15 days regarding unbilled amount they have not replied me properly.

i have activate net pack then also that charge is showing in unbilled amount.
