Respected Sir – I have purchased the car from the mentioned dealer located in Ghatkopar and have been provided servicing by the Service station located out of Chembur. Experience related to all three services is as given below:
1st Service: Car was returned without checking the tyres and eventually one of them was flat when returned. On taking the car to delivery station the service engineer dashed my car on my leg
2nd Service: The battery was left open loose when the car was returned.
3rd Service: The AC vent was broken when the car was returned.
Now they have taken photographs of the car and the process is going on for the last 2 weeks with no definite time in terms of response.
