I Shehzad Hamidani want to bring in youe knowledge that I purchased a brand new Samsung S4 Mobile Phone handset from Planet M lalbaugh since the first day of using my handset I am getting a problem in the handset it getting very hot and the battery gets dripped very early half day and the earpiece of the phone is torn when I complained about the same they told me to go to the service centre when I went to the service centre the problem did not get resolved they told me that if u would have come with in seven days we would have replaced it with the new one but no one informed me that the piece gets replaced in seven days I purchased the piece on 05/05/2013 and since the first day of my purchase I am getting problem in my handset please can you help me in getting my problem resolved change my handset for the new on.
