I have taken the connection and am using for the past 3 months. at the time of new connection, they promised to give 4 MBPS speed. First month, it was very good. After that, they are giving 0.30 MBPS speed. I have complained about this to each and every person in YOU Broadband, but till now my problem has not resolved. Now, they started ignoring my calls and they even do not lift the call or call back to me. This is very serious issue of loyalty. Please take strict action or cancel this company’s licence. This is nothing but cheating. I am frustrated about this company and i made calls approximately 200 calls. Worst service. DOnt get into this worst company.
