I purchased a mobile (Micromax canvas Juice A177) on 21/06/2014 from Mobiliti World (Nagerbazar, Kolkata). After 2 weeks the speaker of the phone got damaged, so I went to that shop. They informed me that there is a minor software issue which will be resolved soon and they took my phone on 5/7/2014 and told me that they will inform me soon. After a week I asked them about my phone and they informed that problem not fixed yet. Every alternate day I used to call them and hear the same from them. Today again I asked them about my phone but they behaved so badly and without answering my question they disconnected my phone. Now I need your help to get my money back.
