Hello, I bought a new nokia lumia 925 in month of may 2014, it worked fine for 15 days then it started with excessive heating problem and then regularly battery used to get drained within 30 minutes from full charge. Added to this problem the signal from the mobile service provider used to fluctuate resulting in non voice hearing from any caller to my mobile. So i submitted my phone to authorised nokia care in bangalore, they took 3 days to check that and told us some software updates were needed and has been rectified, but in reality the problem still persisted. We gave the mobile back to the center, they informed us it needed to be sent to higher technical assistance and was sent to chennai, after 20 days we got the phone back and still all the problems are persisting. So we called up nokia last week and asked for a replacement and again we had to submit the phone to nokia care and till now no response from nokia or anybody, we have paid 28000 and not able to use the phone. We want some body from nokia higher ups to respond. I am so bugged want to file a consumer complaint and get these people to book so that nobody suffers to same issue.
