I purchased a Philips Home Theatre on 18.10.2014 on Finance from Dawar Internation Gurgaon. However i was facing a problem in one of the speaker due to which i raised a complaint as well on 06.11.2014 and they had agreed to replace the speaker. Till now they haven’t replaced it nor giving me the proper answer like when it will be sorted out.
As I am not satisfied with their service, I wanted to return them the home theater and wanna stop the loan agreement with bajaj finance co.
