Service center

My Internet is down since 22nd November 2014 and I have been calling the call center since than and they pick my call and keep it aside.
The technician has called me hours ago but hasn’t showed up yet.
I can listen to the female who picks my call talking to a person about catching the 7:16 train and deciding what to cook.
I’m a MBA student in my first year and I have many projects pending and even my exams are just round the corner I need my Internet for all the mentioned activities.
This is not the way to server your loyal customer
