I am highly dissatisfied with the after sale services provided by Sony.
I bought Sony xperia Z (C6603), it fell in water and hence started showing problems like – camera not working, physical buttons not working properly and some other issues.
I went to Service Centre on September 16, 2014 to register my complaint, my phone was within warranty and they told me that my phone will be replaced by a new model within a week. I was not provided with any substitute for a week as well as the subsequent models provided to me was refurbished.
The refurbished model provided to me was defective (speakers and microphone were not working). I returned the phone and got second model again after 1 week which was again defective (the white slip under the charging slot was red).
Twice I returned the models provided to me as they had many problems and now the third model is also showing problems like low network coverage, connectivity problems………….
I am highly upset with the services and responses. When I bought the phone I had in my mind that SONY is a big name and the quality will be superb, but neither their product nor their services living upto the standards set in the market.
I am working and don’t have ample time to visit service centres again and again.
I am not able to use my phone for last 3 months. I paid 30000 rs not for circulating the service centres after just using the phone for 2 months.
