Incorrect bill for the second time stating download charges

In Oct-14 bill, I found download charges stating that I have activated below pack:

Vuclipindia_pack75 Rs.75/-
Mobileart_valuepack30 Rs.30/-
Dwap_wal_0049_ppu_fut0013 Rs.49/-

Costing me Rs.154/- which is totally unacceptable.Why should I pay for which I have never availed or activated any service.

Now in Nov-14 bill, I can see download charge for Dwap_wal_0049_ppu_fut0013 Rs.49/-
which i never used or downloaded.

And if i call the customer care, they don’t file a complaint regarding this issue.
