To whom it may concern I ordered Hp laptop from Snapdeal on 16th May 2014 with Order no. 2110661670. It was about to be delivered on 21st may but it did not happen according to the mentioned date. We even tried to track our order through bluedart but they are unreachable on phone support. On bluedart’s tracking page it is displayed that that our courier is kept on hold. By contacting to snapdeal the CC guy told us that it will definitely be delivered maximum upto 22nd of May 2014. After waiting for further 2-3 days We called to snapdeal on 24th may’s evening. They responded with the ans. That we will call back you within 2 hours but nothing happened and they didn’t even responded back after two hours. On call I clearly mentioned that if laptop is not delivered to me today I will send complaints to every consumer complaint site, but they didn’t care about it. So I highly highly recommend to get away from Snapdeal as Snapdeal is misleading and betraying their customers. If they will not respond to us, we will lead this case to the consumer court.
