Harassment by xolo

I purchased a xolo handset Q900 in february.My phone started giving me trouble in the month of March. I went to service center twice but my issue wasn’t resolve. They just formated my device and handed over to me.Third time when i went and forced them to give me a proper service they told i need to keep my handset their for 20days they will send it to companies H.O – Noida. It has been 40days that i have not received my handset. I drafted a complain to xolo through mails for the same but haven’t received any proper reply. H.o is claiming that handset is with service center and service center is saying they haven’t received.
They also refused to give me cash back or warranty extension. They are harassing by saying your handset will be their with us by next week.
Please Help.
