Complaint Against Tata Docomo Service

Hi,

This is to bring to your notice that, i made an internet recharge for my Tata-Dococmo Number and made internet usage within the permissible available data, but still my balance was deducted with an amount of around 36-37 Rupees.

When I requested Tata Docomo customer care to take my complaint then, my request was not taken.

This is not the first time that my account balance has been deducted for internet usage even while having the required internet recharge done for free usage.

I request you to please help me with this and i request you to please do the needful and please let me know the conclusion.

    myself ranjith number(7795329591) i activated plan 97 which is 250 minutes local & std minutes but the plan activated was 550 minutes local tata to tata & when i called to customer casre they said initalily it would take 24 hrs….after 24 hrs they are now saying it would take anther 72 hrs and so called customer service executive ppls are saying that i cant call to any number….what the hell i pay for my service and i cant call to any number…and they even threaten me that if i call to any number i wont get refund….what the hell is this… i pay and i cant call to any number….. is this the kind of service docomo is providing…..and they even blocked each and every number that i called from….the number which were blocked(7795329591,7411212131,7411799804)…if anyone asks for justice is this the way to behave..
