Hi,
This is to bring to your notice that, i made an internet recharge for my Tata-Dococmo Number and made internet usage within the permissible available data, but still my balance was deducted with an amount of around 36-37 Rupees.
When I requested Tata Docomo customer care to take my complaint then, my request was not taken.
This is not the first time that my account balance has been deducted for internet usage even while having the required internet recharge done for free usage.
I request you to please help me with this and i request you to please do the needful and please let me know the conclusion.
