Snapdeal-a biggest online cheater

I bought a double bed sheet from the snapdeal portal, but the portal send me the bed sheet in different color.I quickly initiated return, but till today no come for pickup of goods.The provided customer care is chargeable, in spite of thsi called so many times, every time the executive come in 11th minute and gave you false promise.I also raise a complain two times about this problem on snapdaeal complaint section but still no improvement, right now i am trying to file complaint but it is not working, might be snapdeal block my ID.
