Complaint regarding Inalsa food processor as well as their pathetic services even in warranty period

1. I am Hari Narayan Arora who owns one of your products ie. INALSA Fiesta Food processor . The year of Purchase is 21/02/2014 vide invoice no. 201402210155.(Under Warrenty Period).
2. Since I had made a purchase of this product, i am facing a lot of troubles to which i have made complaints many times.
3. I have bought the respective product online i.e from Star CJ Alive.
4. I am sorry to say that the services provided by them are to my horrors is not as per the good reputation of your company. I have the following complaints:
(a) Firstly very often when we noticed this food processor during its demo use, it was found that the respective food processor was already cracked in its lower base and when it was informed to the company as well as its workers,their only response was that it can be cracked during its delivery which does not come under warranty which was not satisfying at that time too but was neglected.
(b) Secondly after this we called the company when we noticed a defect in its overload protector i.e a switch named overload protector which used to switch off the processor when its get overloaded. It was noticed on our behalf that the respective overload protector was not working properly at all. When the company officials were informed one of the person came to our house and did something to the food processor and told that its all done, after which the very same day we noticed that early the overload protector was not working it was then removed by one of the company person.
(c) Again we informed the company when we noticed that the food processor stopped working. We also noticed fire from its side. When the operating person visited our house, he informed that its motor has stopped working and now in no use after which was operated. It happened with the food processor twice and we told the company,s person the same thing he said ” motor ki toh paanch saal ki guarantee hai, apko kya farq parta hai”. he said these words and left from our house.
(c) Again we are noticing the same complaint as it has stopped working agin due to its motor as it is in the same condition as we noticed before.
(d) Further I informed the company about the same again and again after which we are not given any kind of service as now its been more than 15 days and no one visited our house till now after so many complaints on our behalf.
5. Even after several requests, no one visited our house till today. Let me also inform you that this food processor is in warranty period of 1 year and we have bought this only before 9 months within which i am facing all these problems again and again ans saying about their services as well as their service men, their condition seems to be pathetic as no one considers and takes our complaint truly and sincerely.
6. It is my humble request to you to take strict action against the company as well as its workers as they are making a lot of trouble to us and it is because of them, we are not it a position to trust any company like this anymore after their pathetic response behaviour to their customers like us.

Kindly take strict action against them and also provide the best you can regarding the respective food processor.
