Issue not resolved

Hi,
I am requesting to resolve connectivity issue from last 10 days to Airtel.
They are just replying to my email, however nobody is taking interest resolve the issue.
Nobody wants to visit on site to check the issue. I have emailed to almost all the ID’s mentioned on Airtel website.

Please review below email.

Hi,

My name is Gurunath Fogeri, I am writing this email with regards to
connectivity issue.

My relative took the connection as suggested by me and two other friends.
Previously they were facing issues with Vodafone connection and as per our
suggestion they switched to Airtel.

From last 4 months the connectivity was up to the mark and never faced any
issues. From last 1 week the signal strength was poor and it got converted into
2G instead of 3G.

I have informed them to contact nearest outlet (College road, Belgaum), outlet
executive advised them to contact on Monday because the technician was not
available.

On Monday I have visited the store personally and communicated the problem with
one of the Supervisor. He asked me to change the setting and did that but issue
still persist.

Resolution as per Supervisor (not convinced), we need to email
[email protected] for any connectivity issue. They cannot solve connectivity
issue from their side.

I have Idea connection and whenever I faced the issue executive personally
visited and resolved issue within 48 hours.

Please let me know the resolution TAT, because will be advising them to
discontinue the services if you are not getting any proper response.

    Could you please let me know the TAT for connectivity issue? It’s almost 13 days and your technical team unable to resolve the issue.
    Nobody wants to visit personally on site and check the issue.
    If Airtel is not capable then please refund the amount what we paid and we will discontinue the services.

    What is the TAT to resolve connectivity issue for Airtel Communication?
    Hope it’s not 15 days.
    Please reply and assist on procedure for discontinue the services and refund.
