Sim Card Registration Failed

Name of company/service: Idea Cellular Ltd. India

I had purchased a sim card of IDEA Cellular Ltd.the mobile no. is 08717967068 from a shop here in Gwalior but after 40 days my sim was showing Sim Card Registration failed I called for customer care they suggested me to go to near IDEA Customer help shop. I went there and told the problem i had been facing but they told me you have to purchase a new sim I had Rs. 149 Internet Data Card in that sim card as well as Rs. 40 as talking balance. I want that company solve my problem.
