We have recently purchased A pack of milkfood pure ghee but on opening, we found it to be darker than usual with an offensive and pungent smell. Whan we contacted the distributor, he told us to contact the company. when we contacted on the company’s office no.(given on the pack) initially they entertained our problem but ever since, they have stopped responding. Even ir they pick up the phone, they disconnect it as soon as thy realize it’s us n then displace the receiver. Some sales Officer, ALOK SHRIVASTAVA, calls and says, “will come tomorrow”. His tomorrow hasn’t come in last 10 days. Now we are left with no-one to complaint to. We have been facing lot of inconveniences because of this. Kindly look into the matter and redress our grievance as soon as possible.
