ALOMA COUNTY – NO WATER

Name of company/service: Pride Purlple, Aloma County

Hi,
We bought flat in Aloma County, Aundh, Pune after paying lakhs of rupees. The so called modern flats have NO WATER connection from Municipality (PMC). We are given untreated water by tanker and supplied few hours a day. Other than that there are several issues. No electricity backup, lifts never work, lot of noise around, construction going on all the time every where around.

Does this mean that the PMC has taken bribe in giving completion certificate to Aloma County complex. How can a municipality give completion certificate to a major complex where hundreds are going to live – when there is no water connection – which s basic amenity. Also, the flats in the same building are still under construction.

Living is Aloma county is a HELL. We are so disappointed and enraged that many of us are seeking to go to court against the builders Pride Purple Group and NaikNavare Group.

I would request all online community to spread the word. We are also seeking press help to raise this issue for general public awareness.

ANYONE – DO NOT BUY ANY FLAT/APARTMENT in this shit society.

    Aloma county builders should be sued for waht they are doing to us residents. There is no water supply from PMC in last 5 months. No electricty backups, foul smell, constant noise and labor fighting in complex issues are driving us crazy here. Let us all get together and sue this builder for what he is doing to the residents after milking crres of hard earned money from consumers.

    I have already spoken to several residents and we are planning to distribute fliers in pune property show against this Pride Purple and NaikNavare group. No sane person in Pune should invest in ANY building these guys come up with. Poor construction, failed promises, no maintenance, no life in Aloma County Aundh Pune.
