SIM Card not activating.

I recently bought a Sim card from a retailer in kallekulangara. He said my sim card will be activated in 24 hours. but it is not yet activated. after 2 days I called aircel customer care. they said my sim card is processing and will be activated in 24 hours. but it is not activating. It have been 5 days and everyday when I call to customer care I get the same reply of activation in 24 hours. My number is 9809391174 aircel kerala should take immediate actions to activate my SIM card.
