My idea prepaid no. is 08108018838. I got a msg stating “मुफ्त कॉल करें 53111 पे और जीतो Rs 100 का निश्चित रिचार्ज. Call 53111” there is no link or any thing for terms n conditions. When I called on 53111 even there was nothing abt TERMS AND CONDITIONS I played the conset n got a msg that I don’t hv sufficient bal, I chked my phn n saw that I hv 17 msgs saying I got charged RS 2 for each ans. Called cust care n spk to supervisors but no resolution.
