But they cheated me

sir i take project from Ms. Neha at janakpuri sigma services i give them 1200 rupees as reg charege.
i complete that work with in 15 days. but they said there is lots of mistake. we cannot be accept. can not pay any penny. also reg charge.
sir they are froad company. i m single earner in my family. but they do not give any penny
