non refund of earnest money:HUDA

Dear Sir, I had applied in HUDA residential scheme sec-23,Sonepat, plot size 14 Marla in Jan-10, vide appl. no.436119 along with draft no.608203 dt.04/01/2010 amount Rs. 1,62,000/- and depositedthe same in HDFC bankJanakpuri
new.delh. Bur unfortunately I don’t get the allotment in draw held in June-10.Already more than 2 years have been passed since draw was announced,I have not yet received the refund of earnest money till date. You are requested to kindly look in to the matter and give necessary instructions to the concerned Deparment or officers in regard to refund of earnest money along with interest of my above said application and oblige
