This is with reference to the gift voucher I purchased for INR 500. I had kept that near their own luggage counter and it was completely spoilt due to rain and mishandling of their staff. When I brought this to their notice, they have written on my bill to redeem it and informed me I can redeem it anytime. But after a month when I go with original invoice they say it is not possible unless they see the torn / mutilated voucher. How will I bring this torn voucher ? They have written on the bill to redeem but now they are not doing it. Its crazy for INR 500 they do such things. Its a shame!!!
