Ambrane India
Indeed the worst company i have come across in my life.
They are ruining india’s name.
My case:
I had purchased an Ambrane power bank product which never functioned since the very beginning
I sent them a copy of my invoice which had warranty remaining so they pick up my device for replacement.
I spent more than 200 rs on roaming phone calls in order to get it replaced and push my case through and deal with their logistics division.
Finally they got it picked and now they refuse to send me the repaired product they claim that there is some problem with the invoice.
Strangely so they approved the bill and picked it up and now they have a problem with the invoice so they keep my product permanently.
I have all mails sent to/by the company as proof.
I am suing this company for damages.
